The team at PR Hero really do care what we think as customers - their support is super responsive (especially if it's an emergency!).
I haven't had any issues with using my product since day one! If there are things i don’t like then surely this goes back only until now? They've been awesome in solving our problems when needed but not pushing too hard because of customer service/support policies; We didn't have much room or budget for them so were happy paying reasonable rates per month rather than go over-budget unnecessarily or waste time trying build something ourselves etc which would normally happen without someone else involved who knows how these tools work best.
