Don't Stay Down

I thought it was too long for my 11 month old baby. He kind of shot him too and he ended up free range anyway. He likes to move and a lot. I didn't try the car seat but I put on my seat belt and it could still slide forward and get in between me and try to jump into the passenger seat. It was even on the shortest part. It weighs about 60 pounds of lab-pet formula.
