Fantastic Customer Service & Software
The ease of use, customization and reporting is what I enjoy most about this software. There are some features that could be more user friendly for the average person but it's not really an issue because you can find a solution to your problem with one look. It would also help if there was a way for someone who used the application everyday to have their information displayed when they log in as well as having it automatically enter into certain fields like "checkout" or "departure". Easy to see all data relating to users through reports and easy access to previous tickets for any given time period.

- Pretty robust database system; very helpful feature especially during busy hours at work..i don't usually get many breaks so seeing everything i need immediately helps..especially from my phone while waiting tables!! :) lol :
