I love this balance board! It’s my new favorite piece of exercise equipment. I already had pretty good balance but it definitely needed some improvement. I’ve only had this item for 5 days and I already see increased strength and balance. I’ve been using it everyday for about 15 minutes and now I can balance on one leg, perform squats and push-ups on it. I would recommend it to anyone looking to strengthen their lower body and have better balance and posture.
