Comes with drivers on a CD first. I went to the site to download the installer. There is no real problem. I received the Windows10 installer, but despite claiming that the installation was successful, none of the installed products in the .inf file matched the board that came in the box. Instead, it was a universal driver installer from the chipset manufacturer. TRENDnet didn't even show up in the map list. The CD version didn't work either. I gave the card three stars because I got it working and it works as expected. Get drivers from the internet. The driver I used was Aquantia AQtion 10 Gigabit NIC version 2.1.21.0.
