Some reviews say the hot part should be moved to the top of the pillow. When I connected it to a USB monitor, the USB crashed due to a power surge. I tried two types of wall adapters and one heated the device to medium temperature and the other was very hot. Since I was going to use it at work, I found it unpredictable in this environment.
