This MIKO MAS 2 foot massager is definitely the best device I found in my recent search for the perfect affordable foot massager. Using it to massage the calves is a definite plus. At first I was skeptical about buying it but due to Revain's return policy I decided to give it a try; so happy i did this! I love the fact that it has so many functions in one package: kneading, vibration, shiatsu, pressure and heat (mild). In addition, these individual functions can be changed/activated/deactivated; Depending on the desired comfort, there are different modes/levels. The first level is perfect for my skinny legs. The 4th and 5th levels are perfect for my husband's thick legs. After receiving the MAS 2 I called MIKO's contact phone number to explain that the remote control was defective and did not come with an extra battery. David, MIKO's customer service rep, asked me to ship the entire device back to him (with free shipping label) and at the same time asked me to ship another MIKO 2 foot massager. When this second massager arrived, there was a problem with the remote control , which was not working properly due to low battery, David quickly sent 2 new batteries; the problem got solved. In addition, David verbally explained to me how to adjust the angle of the bar so that I could massage my calves; Which brings me to another nice feature: This stem can be rotated/tilted to further increase comfort. MAS 2 as described targets the feet, shins, ankles, toes, heels and calves. Other family members gave a "thumbs up" after trying this fantastic foot and calf massager. Your calves, ankles and feet will thank you! I highly recommend MIKO 2. And let's not forget...thanks to David for the exceptional customer service. He strives to please and does his best to achieve his goal. David explained the company's goal – to create quality products while ensuring customer satisfaction. Well this is a very satisfied customer who will continue to enthusiastically recommend this product to family and friends. Also, I will buy another MIKO MAS 2 for someone who can use TLC.
