Review on Sennheiser CX 350BT Black - Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Headphones with 10-Hour Battery Life, USB-C Fast Charging, Virtual Assistant Button, Two Device Connectivity by Lindsey Lewis

As a former Sennheiser fan, I was very disappointed with these headphones. The sound quality is mediocre, not enough for this price range. The bass is quite anemic as mentioned in other reviews but that is to be expected from Sennheiser products. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired, and over time I gradually lost volume in the right earcup. Eventually the volume imbalance became too great and I had to turn them back on when the right earbud was about half the volume of the left earbud. Aside from the volume imbalance and mediocre sound quality, there is YET EQ support with the Smart Control app as promised (it's been 2 months since it was released) and I doubt these headphones will ever really see that support. Overall I was very disappointed with the construction and sound quality of these headphones. Even if they work perfectly, they are not worth the price. I thought of returning them before they broke. I would stay away from that, there are better headphones at a lower price.
