I purchased the XELFLY Submersipack last week for canoeing and wade fishing. Two days ago, while canoeing, my canoe tipped in rapids and became completely submerged and pinned against a log. The first factor in my buying this bag, was that it had a waterproof zipper instead of having to roll down and buckle the ends as in most bags I wanted a bag i could get into and out of and close back up quickly. I specifically bought this bag for when I am fly fishing from an open boat all day. I was in southern Mexico on an open boat fishing for 8 hours a day for 6 days. This was securely closed up when it fell off of my paddleboard, so it was the last thing I was concerned about. It floated well, and I grabbed it within 15 seconds and picked it up. After fishing for about 15 minutes, I opened it to change lures. There was a bunch of water in it! People, read the 1 and 2-star reviews before spending so much money on this thing. It is not worth the risk to the valuables that you think will be protected from water.

I was a little skeptical at first becuase of the lower price, but I was pleasantly surprised when I recieved the bag. I spend a lot of time on boats, near the water, and camping, so a good waterproof bag is invaluable to me. I've had a chance to put this one through it's paces and it has held up exceptionally well. The first thing I did when I got this in the mail was fill up the bathtub and fully submerge it (picture included). It is completely airtight, no leaks. You do have to make sure the zipper is all the way sealed shut, but the instructions illustrate that. I would have given this 0 stars if I could. We had the bag completed zipped as they said and when we accidently flipped our kayak it didn't keep the contents dry at all. Our towels, dry clothes, keys and phone were soaking wet, thankfully the remote still worked after being soaked.my iPhone was not as lucky.

It's delivered on the waterproof promise. The ability to inflate the bag served 2 purposes. It gives you confidence that is sealed and it allows the bag to float on top of the water. I used this bag to take my valuables snorkeling rather than leaving them unattended on the beach. I tethered it to my waste using swimmers training belt and it just floated with me wherever I went.

The bag is decent, the front pocket seal started to separate and now it's not sealed. It's still water resistant but you can't submerse the bag which is the whole point.

This is an exceptional bag, love the colour and it is lightweight, and spacious on the inside. It is great for all adventures such as outdoor activities, as well as day to day functions. I love the waterproof feature of this bag, to protect books of other belongings. I am happy with this purchase. In fact, my teenage son loves it, so I am planning on getting another one very soon.

I teach scuba and I love that this can go on the boat with me and I don't have to roll it up to close it. Use the zipper and you are done! I haven't tested it in the water yet but so far my things are dry.

Used it on a trip and it served its purpose. Everything stayed dry. The inside pocket was a bit snug to fit my iPad. Wish it had a second inside pocket. Other than that no complaints.

This bag is amazing. It's very versatile and does everything I need it to and more. Great quality and an asset to my fishing gear. Highly recommend.

100% waterproof; bought this backpack to go to Iceland. So far it has exceeded my expectations by being 100% waterproof. I only gave it a four-star because my biggest complaint is it only has one single flat pocket inside so things do get disorganized while hiking. Otherwise I have no complaints and would highly recommend it

Backpack exceeded expectations. This bag is completely waterproof. Great size for day hiking and kayaking (purchased 25L). Kept everything dry in Florida summer rain. Delivery was super fast. Definitely recommend for taking out on a boat, kayak, beach. Basically anywhere involving water.

It was airtight at first and used a few times and it was great. I used it duck hunting. Then sat for a few months in closet, take it for a summer trip, and it’s not airtight anymore. The whole reason I own this bag was to be reliably airtight and waterproof so now it’s useless.
