This was a present for my dad for his birthday. Anyone that reads my reviews knows he is stuck in bed so I'm always looking to get him the best to keep him comfy. A pillow is a huge commitment and I have to say this wasn't the best. I didn't trust it when it arrive :( There were tiny holes throughout the bottom, the bottom piece that is adjustable, is just a piece of foam, not memory foam just plain old that was maybe 1/4 inch if that. My pillow cam balled up in a travel bag which was nice but not vacuumed sealed bag so my pillow was all dented and lumpy and even after letting it "expand" 48 hours the lumps and dents would not come out. After expanding, there in no real contour in the pillow and the dimensions provided are not true. Kinda upsets me as I did lots of research on the pillows, this seemed legit but once it arrived I seen I was hoodwinked!
