TAVR have great customer support. When collecting, I was afraid that it would falter. As soon as I collected it, it became solid. The only thing I will say is that they should expand the building instructions, especially with the wording of what you had to do. First of all, you should be told that the assembly is upside down. Don't think people will find out about it. My other big issue was with the bars. The package contains 4 sticks of the same length but different diameters. More detailed instructions would have eliminated all my assembly questions. I just moved to Florida and bought most of my furniture from Revain and from 2 to the last table the tv stand was the easiest build once I understood what they were talking about. This is a reliable product and a great purchase!
