I usually wear a size medium/large (I am 5'6" a size 8/10 pants and bra size 36C). I got a medium based on the reviews that I saw. Some people claimed it was a bit big. It is meant to have a comfortable fit so it's true to size. The material is a lot better quality than I expected. I thought it might be a lighter material but it has got a heavier quality to it. This rug has a beautiful printed pattern and very fine, tiny woven texture. It’s thin, and absolutely smooth to the touch. I usually buy a medium or small for my shape wear so I bought a medium in this one but it fit like an extra small. It took me 30 minutes to put it on, and that was on the first hooks. However, once it was on, it was manageable. The pee opening doesn’t cover anything. Underwear is required. I’m looking forward to wearing it in and stretching it out a bit. I got this shirt to wear kayaking because it protects my skin from the sun and dries quickly. I like the hood because even though I rarely (never) put the hood up, the extra fabric on the back of my neck protects that sensitive area from the sun. It also protects my neck against any straps like the one on the plastic case I put my cell phone in. Don't even bother. They are super bendy and almost rubbery. They are impossible to actually put into your nose because it bends and gets snagged.
