Size runs small: my feedback

I wear a woman's size 8 1/2 shoe. I should have been able to fit a size small in this item. I bought this item in a small and medium. Both were too small according to my DOCTOR. This type of item should have FREE RETURNS, especially for PRIME MEMBERS.

love it allot of support able to bowl better with my ankle sleeve !!!

Cons

I ordered small based on the shoe size instructions. Far too small! AND not able to return!
