IMPORTANT: WIRING AND POWER REQUIRED

Sorry for all the capital letters in the title but I had to get your attention as many people expected this lightstrip to be plug and play, it isn't. Requires wiring and connection to the mains; Light control and power supply. If you want it to be dimmable, you need the right controller. Depending on the length of strip you choose, you'll need enough power (they're 8.2ft and 32.8ft, which can be cut into smaller pieces). 8ft and 32ft are not the same in terms of power supply and if you are already confused then I advise you to consult an electrician or experienced DIYer. Obviously, more feet require more strength. The light strip itself is easy to install, there is an adhesive tape on the back, just peel and stick to the surface you want. The life expectancy of this tape is 65,000 hours, i.e. 22 years. with 8 hours of daily use. 65,000 hours is significantly more than most LED elements I have been able to rate, they are typically rated at 50,000 hours. 3000kb is your soft relaxed lighting and my favorite by the way. My only negative comment is that the price is so disproportionate; 8.2ft costs almost $60, while 32.8ft (four times the length!) is only $80. Doesn't make sense since it's just a strip in any case; I would feel robbed if I bought 8ft.
