Works fantastic for me!
I've had multiple thumb surgeries and sleep in them on both hands every night which has greatly reduced my thumb pain! I also wear them when I'm doing something that puts a strain on my thumbs and these supports help prevent damage to my thumbs. This support was invaluable to me! Thanks to the manufacturer and seller!
