I'm a former college track and field athlete. I currently train indoors 3-4 times a week. I train with Murph and needed a durable phone case to withstand intense workouts and stay safe. This product was better than expected. I felt that this level of comfort was just what I needed, and I didn't feel cheap or weak to deflate. As a more muscular person, I pulled it up my arm at will and tightened it. Personally, I haven't had any issues with it slipping or getting in my way. Not only did I find it perfect for my iPhone XR with its case, I had enough room for keys if needed or a face mask in the modern world or whatever. I can see how you can use wired headphones, but I personally have AirPods so can't speak to that functionality. As a veteran athlete who has done many workouts, I found this to be a great discovery. I would highly recommend this product and wish I had found it sooner, a few years ago rather than wasting money on products that just don't stand the test of time or grueling, sweaty workouts. For those looking for opportunity, be it high intensity or even excursions, this is more than enough for comfort and security for all your belongings. It can't be better.
