The product was shipped quickly and got to me in excellent condition, however the product is very thin and smaller than most fire grills. It's a good thing that it comes with a carrying case, but the hob isn't entirely flat and has a dome shape, no idea if that was a manufacturer's fault or if it was intentional. Send back.
