I really wanted to like this product. The KZ IEMs that I have are excellent value for money with better than expected sound quality. Pairing with a Bluetooth cable produced equally amazing sound quality for a wireless connection. However, volume control is limited. He walks with very long strides. Always either too loud or too quiet. There is no sweet spot. And in order to achieve a volume change at all, I have to move the knob a few steps. The volume doesn't really change like it does on my device. For example, increasing the volume from 10 to 19 does not result in an audible volume change, at 20 the sound jumps up suddenly. There may be a problem with the firmware. I predict a return in the future.
