Received broken pots. TWICE!

I was excited to receive these pots. But, in the first shipment, 1/4 of the pots were broken. Understandable. These things are ceramic so they break easily. I returned them and requested a replacement. When I got the second order, 1/4 of the pots were also broken! Maybe it wasn't a fluke after all. Maybe it's just really poor shipping.

Really beautiful pots. They are sturdy and cam well packaged.
