I bought this device in mid-July and was only able to use it once. When I first opened it up to test it worked perfectly. Today I decided to try again. To my surprise, it turns on when the fan is on, but not off. I tried sending it back to Revain as it was defective and they said it was non-refundable. I can't even get to the pulse, it's 999877. Thought I'd give it a few minutes to run and maybe it'll warm up to reach the pulse it advertises should be on , but no, it doesn't climb up and just turns itself off automatically. Don't waste money!
