To be honest, given the price, I didn't have high expectations for this strip set; Some LED strips floating around are not that bright and colorful. I actually have these strips on the back of my desk, with an extension coming out of my computer case. They are amazingly bright! My board is ASRock so I'm limited by Polychrome Sync but I'm not disappointed. The only downside I can think of is the lack of a color palette; They definitely can't reproduce the 16+ million colors that some RGB devices have (closer to hundreds of colors). But if you're not too picky about color matching with your setup, you really can't go wrong.
