Review on Wireless Touch Keyboard with Easy Media Control ๐Ÿ“บ and Built-In Touchpad for TV - Logitech K400 Plus by Micha Jwiak แ Œ

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

I bought for the NUC in the kitchen, which plays the role of the main media center and working reserve. The requirements for the console in such places are usually a minimum of space occupied, which automatically means a built-in touchpad. I tried all the achievements of Aliexpress, which for various reasons did not fit, mainly due to the tactility of the touchpad. I decided to try an expensive but proven Logitech and bought this device. In general, I am very satisfied, because. the advantages outweighed all the disadvantages, and there are still no alternatives in terms of the quality of the touchpad. It also turned out that it is convenient to take the device with you on trips. the touchpad on the side is all the same more convenient than the laptop one under the keyboard. For use at home, I bought an MK235 mouse from the company, because. in stationary conditions, a mouse is still needed for large work and the touchpad will not replace it, they work from one receiver and the color is similar, almost a set (for some reason, the mouse came out bluish in the photo, although it is gray and quite suitable in color). Forgive those who are too lazy to read a lot of letters, I had a free minute, maybe it will come in handy for someone.

Pros
  • Excellent touchpad, I do not quite understand those who are not satisfied. Or maybe I have a good copy. I like just the balanced tactility and sensitivity, as well as the convenience of working with gestures, despite the small size, but there is something to compare with. I think that on my lenovo carbon x1 gen6 the touchpad is perfect from the word at all. Autumn also liked the Unifying receiver, for the first time I encountered the need to add a device to it - everything is fine, the MK235 mouse grew instantly through Logi Options. Nice gray color. For the LMB understudy button, in general, a separate monument should be erected to the one who invented it. Here, people also complained about the small enter and arrows - well, take it into your own hands, enter is pressed by the touchpad, otherwise the whole keyboard would be too big and just not suitable for its purpose, and small arrows are typical for small Logitechs, here at work MK240 has been living for more than 6 years, so the arrows are the same there, and for example, I got used to it a long time ago. Convenient volume buttons above the touchpad.
Cons
  • Now about the sad. Yes, the batteries are shaking, it will be necessary to put something. The keys are tactile enough how to say - flabby, with the MK240, of course, from this point you can not compare. The settings for touchpad gestures and function keys are clear that they are configured through logi options, but by default everyone needs exactly the opposite. There are no folding legs . well, was it really a pity? Why did they round the corners, because because of this it was necessary to round the corner of the ctrl, esc, del and right arrow keys - throw the designer off a cliff or make the year look like the MK240 was made. For a generally pleasant gray color of the keys, the color of the letters needs a more contrasting white-white and not what it is, or then the backlight.
