Well I love this little printer and it's great not having to buy ink. I see that others have complained that the print is too light. I finally found out what the problem is. This is "dithering". If you open your printer and go to 'Printing Preferences' and click on the 'GRAPHICS' tab at the top, mine checks the 'Dithering' setting. I unchecked that box and reprinted my label and it FINALLY printed dark enough and not splotchy like it used to be. I really enjoyed that. I hope I helped others because I spent so many shortcuts trying to figure this out. Otherwise, a large investment is around $100.00.
