UPDATE: AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE, FROM ANYWHERE, IF I CHARGE IT WON'T! HE IS COMPLETELY DEAD. NO RESET BUTTON, NO SOLUTION, I CAN'T CHARGE FROM THE CASE SO THE EARPHONES ARE UNUSABLE. I'm glad I have these. I had these hopes that things would get better and they did! The packaging is great and I love the fact that I can see the headphone's battery level as it charges the case. Pairing was very easy and straightforward. The kidneys themselves are small and very comfortable. I find that the sound quality is pretty good and the noise cancellation is okay, not perfect but good. These are pretty good headphones.
