What I liked: - Bright and dim white light modes - Bright and dim yellow light modes - SOS function - Remote control is amazing - You can choose different ones Set the timer and the light will turn off automatically - You can hang the lantern with the built-in hook - You can fold the hook and place it on the flat ground - This is an amazing light not only when camping, but also during a power outage in the house. During a power outage, you could turn on the light in the bathroom, put the remote control on the bedside table, and turn on the light before you get up. To turn the light off completely (so it doesn't consume power while waiting for a remote control signal), the instructions say to press the MODE button for 3 seconds. While this is true, you cannot do this if the light is NOT on. To turn off the lamp for storage mode, press the mode button to turn on the light THEN press and hold the mode button for 3 seconds. It turns off and goes into storage mode. At this point, the remote will not turn on the light (this is necessary if you are in memory mode and don't want to waste battery). When you're ready to use the light again, simply press the mode button to wake up the device.
