I wish I had known that years ago.

I'm new to the idea of roller massage but I have to say I really like it. I don't even use it just for pain. It's nice to roll over your face in the morning to wake up. In the evenings it's nice to rub your neck after a long day in front of computer screens. This device looks well built and is easy to hold and use, good. I just love it.

Pros

6 HOUR COLD RELIEF - Ousen Home Cold Massage Ball uses high performance antifreeze gel coolant to fill a 50mm diameter stainless steel ball. Put it in the refrigerator or ice water for 2 hours to cool before use. The cold massage can be continued for up to 6 hours.
