Well, i read a review somewhere that raved about this stuff. I hate to gloppiness of it. So i put a few dabs then wipe on with a finger. Not a fan so gave it to a teenager. She loves it.
- It's perfect for layering with other lip products for a customized look
- May be difficult to remove if applied to areas outside of the lips
