I bought these to test if my skin feels and looks better. Boy, they changed their looks. I don't use it every day but at least twice a week. I love her. It energizes my body and is ready to go. Then when I shower and the water hits my skin, it gives me even more energy! It tickles my senses. I love it! When I get out of the shower, I make sure to moisturize my skin with a good oil or after-shower lotion. I highly recommend it but would also caution those with sensitive skin. The brush is not soft. It's not hard, just a nice medium. But I see that it wouldn't be good if someone had very sensitive skin or thin skin (I don't think so, but I'm not an expert). Be sure to learn how to use them to move in the right direction. Very important!
