Major assembly required.

Too bad the tassel garland had to be not only made but also assembled. The instructions weren't the greatest either. I ended up not using the garland because it took too much time.

Pros

EASY TO USE - They are pre-folded and pre-cut. The tassel needs to be assembled by yourself, and the paper flowers come flat, so you need to pull out and fluff each side separately, there are instructions in the package. All you have to do is fluff them up and hang them on a window, ceiling, tables, walls, in doorways or through hallways.
