I waited about a year to finally order it. I was concerned that it would not fit my full waist (aside from the difference in shape or size between the ribs and the bottom of the waist). I'm 5ft 3" and about 185, pants size is usually a 14. I ordered XXL and my waist fits perfectly. I saw photos of other women who helped me try. I'm so happy I bought. This is a well tailored skirt. The pockets are big, the skirt is lined and the fabric is heavy. I will buy more in different colors. rips it would be worth replacing the dressmaker otherwise I find it a timeless style that will last for many years.
