Review on Fit-Rent Rental Solutions by Runbi Alvarez

The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to help out when ever you need it - even with things after hours or weekends/holidays etc.. Very easy site interface as well!! I have nothing bad at all about this program so far but if there were anything that could be added please let me know :) I would like more categories such as; housekeeping services (if available), move in supplies & equipment, trash removal ect because its hard sometimes finding what needs replacing / needing repairs. The ease to use and manage all aspects from one system is very helpful. There are many reports that can be created easily. I wish there were more ways to customize my dashboard. Also would like to see some enhancements in the reporting capabilities as well. This software has been great so far. It makes it easy to track our inventory and make sure we have what we need when needed.
