So like many people who have purchased this product I have been blown away by the great reviews it has received. 4.5 stars and almost 2000 reviews!? What a great product. However, you read reviews that gave this product a star or two and you probably think they're just angry people who bought a cheap product and are now complaining that it doesn't work. Okay, I think I'm one of those people now. So I'll be fair. This product was great. It worked very well. It's portable, comes with a great case and made many of my colleagues jealous when they saw it. Everything advertised in the kit worked right out of the box. Does it quickly drain your computer or other device battery? yes but hello It's one hell of a portable monitor. It needs power so just take your charger with you and don't worry too much about it. Until the day comes when you've been using the product for less than a year and one day you turn it on, ready to squeeze long spreadsheets, complex code or a large presentation, and the monitor won't turn on. . The operating indicator lights up. It's definitely getting power, but the display isn't working. The computer doesn't even recognize it as a secondary display, which is odd because it's been working fine for the past "less than a year" or so. no direct way to contact them. You have to go through Revain and act as a third person. Which doesn't really matter except that you don't have a number, email, website so you can contact the company that sold you the bum directly and know for sure they do it because they make it very difficult to reach her. And when they reach out to you, they drive you around the bush in the hopes of tiring you out, and eventually leave a review on the product in the hopes that they lower their star rating a bit. But who are we kidding? There are probably only 100 honest and truthful reviews on this site that are likely to give this product a star or two, and the other 1500+ are probably written by bots. I want to return this product and get a refund so it doesn't run out. at the landfill. Another proof why we need Earth Day. Because careless companies like this don't produce quality products or can be held responsible if they don't.
