I have a metal workshop and also a wood workshop and I wear work gloves all the time. About 25% of the time when I'm grinding or welding I need to wear heavy duty leather gloves, but the other 75% of the time I can wear lighter weight work gloves like these, which are much more comfortable to use when picking nuts. and bolts and for setting up devices or even entering data into a computer. And these gloves are great. The fingers aren't too long and they're really comfortable and last a long time and they definitely offer enough protection even when I'm working with steel and working on a band saw or a drill press. So I definitely recommend them.
