We've been using this cooler bag every weekend for the past 2 months. We take it to the pool and the beach. Thought it would be a great addition to our excursions but there were a few downsides. The biggest event took place last weekend. The colder part of the bag detaches from the zipper. Pros: Keeps food and drinks cool Extra side pockets for things like bin liners to put the trash in when you're done setting it up Easy to carry on a bike ride or outing, according to my wife (unless you're a broad-shouldered man ) Cons : It is necessary to use reusable freezer bags because ice or even ice in a ziplock bag will melt and the bag won't hold water, leaks and you have to carry a cold, wet and wet fridge on your back. If you are a broad-shouldered man, this will be difficult to wear due to the narrow spacing between the straps. Poor construction as less than 16 uses of non-heavy loads caused the lining to separate from the zipper. This is a deal breaker. I have not yet contacted the company about the return but will let you know when I have more information.
