Strong dye, top fashion Scarves
Strong smell of plastic when I took it out of the box. I soaked it in warm water with some washing powder for 20 minutes and then hung it to dry. A lot of paint washed off, but the color has not faded. I really recommend the soak and dry method before wearing/using this to avoid paint peeling off other items and to improve the smell.
