The ability to see the customer journey from first touch to final sale. I love the ability to see where the customer is and what they're looking for. It's a great tool to use and it's very easy to use. I also love how it's very user friendly and the customer support team is always helpful. I dislike that it's not mobile friendly, and it's not very well organized. I think the layout could be better. I also dislike that it's not more user friendly. I think it could be more intuitive, and I wish there was a way to see the data of the customers from other companies. It's a great tool but I wish it was more intuitive and user friendly.
