I like that it's easy to create campaigns, they have great customer service and support, and their reporting tools are unparalleled in our industry! We still don't know how many people we reached with our program because of all the different ways we can track reach. FOCUPS FOCUPS has been a valuable asset to us in many ways. The best way to describe them would be a mix between Google Analytics, Kissmetrics, KISSflow, Unbounce, and Hubspot.
