I like that it's easy to create campaigns, they have great customer service and support, and their reporting tools are unparalleled in our industry! We still don't know how many people we reached with our program because of all the different ways we can track reach. It would be helpful if there was an option for us to select from among them when creating reports so we could more easily see which worked best for each campaign. They've been very open about working together and helping us understand new features as quickly as possible. Their team has helped us get set up and figure out some of our initial questions. The most useful thing I have learnt from this software was how to reach out to my target audience in an organized manner, with accurate data that can be used for future strategies. It also helped me organize all of our social media accounts under one roof so it made management easier as well. There were some minor glitches at times but nothing too serious or annoying enough to leave feedback about. If you are looking to connect effectively to your potential customers then go ahead use Focus!
