I have quilted. This means I spend a lot of time ironing silly little pieces of fabric. I hate clicking anything, it annoys me. But if I want nice quilted tops then I have to push - nature of the beast. These pads took what I hated and made it a worthwhile part of my process. When quilting, you iron EVERY smelly seam - front and back - slide, turn, slide, turn - it's exhausting and tiring. Enter these press pads. I don't have to turn a piece to make a second shot. I don't know (or don't care) how it happens, but it happens. That alone has accelerated my sewing process enormously. Its size is perfect for the TV stand next to me, which further speeds up my process by saving the need to run back and forth to the ironing station.
