I use it to square up quilts or blocks and it is superb. Arrived as stated. I have used a similar one over 20 years. The new markings are even better. Delivery was wrong! Said it was "in mail box. A 20 x 20 in an even bigger box did NOT fit in mail box and left IN THE SUN. It is PLASTIC. Thankfully we rescued it. Normally they put our deliveries on the porch where there is a nice big white heavy box to receive by the front door. I hate not trusting the delivery.

Besides the wonderfully large size of this ruler, 24 x 9 1/2, it stays firmly in place when cutting fabric. Used it for trimming large quilt blocks. It didn't slip once while cutting. So easy to read too. There is a green translucent stripe over the 1/2 inch area at the end of the ruler. I often mistake the 1/2 addition on other rulers, this makes it clear which end is measuring a full inch vs. the extra half inch. Far less likely to make a cutting error. This was delivered fast and I really needed it because my free hand measuring and cutting skills leave a great deal to be desired. I used it to square up blocks for a quilt and this made the job so much easier.

Helpful for cutting out blocks for appliqué and also for squaring blocks up and trimming to size. My only disappointment was that although the numbers are repeated twice for both north-south and east-west directions they were both times repeated in the same direction. Having the measurements repeated but in opposite directions would have been even more helpful.

I've been fighting with larger rulers for piecing projects and this one solves that problem nicely. It also is a great size to slip into my stitching project bag for on-the-go sewing.

I liked this product very well and have been using it alot for my sewing projects. It came on time as stated and in very good condition.

Great size for my everyday needs / use of a ruler. Not cluttered by by any angle markings that can cover up the grid's measurement markings. Affordable. I have to say that everytime I buy one of these quilting rulers I wonder what the profit margin is like on these. I mean, it's a piece of acrylic that has been printed on. A 6"x12" ruler was a good deal at $10. (I'm only comparing on Walmart's prices. I'm not sure what these sell for in a brick and mortar store.)

I love this ruler! I've been a quilter for almost twenty years now and have always used a 3"x18" ruler that tends to slip a lot. Finally bought this and I wonder why I never did it sooner. This makes my life so much easier. It doesn't slip and it's so easy to hold onto.

They are accurate, easy to read and I have bad sight, especially close up. Used mostly for cutting quilt blocks. Very handy tools.

I have several of these rulers in different sizes and shapes. So easy to use with a rotary cutter. They are my "go to" for cutting quilt pieces.

I still have to learn to use this for a new project, yet this is durable, easy to read and non-slip. Delivered as expected.

It is great but not non slip. It’s just like all the other rulers from this company. Very good but can slip. Not recommended for use with thicker or heavier fabrics!

I just got back into quilting, and experienced quilters recommend Omnigrid rulers. This five-inch square is great. The ruler was also cheaper here than in some craft stores.
