Works great with Macbook Pro 16 inch 2019 and Macbook Air 2018
I use this dock when switching between Macbook Pro 16" 2019 and Macbook Air 2018 and two 32" WQHD monitors (3440 x 1440) and it works great! I have a Thunderbolt 3 cable to connect a second monitor to a $17 DisplayPort that also comes with a docking station. Now I can switch between my business laptop and my home laptop just by unplugging a cable. Very beautiful.
