Review on Saucony Tornado Storm Medium Running Shoe by Aaron Ayo

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Undersized, but with lateral offset.

I've been wearing Saucony Guide shoes for a number of years. I don't run now, but I walk and get up at my part-time job. The Tornado boots have the same lateral offset as the Guide series. They also appear to have higher arch support. I only wear them for a few hours. As mentioned in other reviews, they are too small. I usually wear 10.5. I ordered 11.5 and they are a bit big. I ordered a size 11 as they were comfortable. The Guide series typically costs $75 to $140. $38 tornadoes seem like a good deal and I wanted to stock up on the upcoming hyperinflation. This is not a recommendation for runners as I have no experience. However, the insole is not Everrun, but glued.

Pros
  • Breathable Material: The mesh upper of these running shoes is breathable, keeping your feet cool and dry even in hot and humid weather.
Cons
  • The price is too high for these quality shoes
