OLD REVIEW: It took me a long time to decide to buy it, but unfortunately I couldn't read all the negative reviews. I was attracted to the drawing but this thing is HUGE and the drawing doesn't look that great in person and is too dominant for a small kitchen. It's too big even for my large kettle and doesn't cover the bottom well. I didn't even remove the label and wish I could return it but I was so upset when I opened the package that I just put it aside. It is better to look at such goods in the store, where you can see and feel what you are buying. UPDATE 2018: Changed my mind, albeit a pretty big one. I put the teapot on a potholder and this one on top and it keeps the tea hot in both my small and large teapot. And I love the colors and patterns.
