These headphones look like LED lighted headphones that work with the X Box. And yes, they glow. However. They were made with a headphone jack at the end of the headphone cord. You may be thinking, what's up, right? But the USB connector that plugs into the X-Box is in the same place on the cable as the headphone jack. So if you have a USB port plugged into the X Box to light up the headset, you won't be able to stream audio from the controller to the headset. In fact, if you're sitting 12 inches from your X-Box, you could. And if you have a headphone jack plugged into the controller, you can't plug USB into the X Box. The only way to get both connections working at the same time is to buy an extended headphone adapter or USB cable. Given the cost of the cables required for all the functionality of this headset, it would make sense to just buy a more expensive pair and not worry about it. Not only is this an issue, buying more cables to get the job done only increases the number of cables that are plugged in and routed when using this headset. If I had known this headset was arranged like this I would never have bought them. The next purchase will be TurtleBeach headphones for the X Box.
