Unit was larger than the other that I have been using and it didn't fit on the shelf, but that was my bad for not checking dimensions first. However when put it together, one of the welds that holds the tube for the locking pin broke off. It didn't affect the function too much except for making the bottom slightly saggy. It could be secured with a plastic tie. Kept this one because it just holds the files and the unsecured corner does matter.

Love this hanging file folder box! Wish I would have found this sooner.especially before I bought a hanging file folder frame for my other file drawer! It was super easy to put together and love how sturdy and portable it is. This is the kind of simple, elegant, efficient design that I really appreciate. You don't need any tools, because all you do fold up the sides and slip in some pins to connect the edges, and you're done.I did have one hiccup, though. One of the fittings that holds a pin was attached slightly off-plumb, and I had to use some pliers to straighten enough to get the pin through.All in all, a very good value, because I can it lasting a very long time.

I bought these to get my school paper work for the year organized. These fit perfectly in the Homes and Gardens larger storage Cubes and I would imagine they would fit in the IKEA ones as well. I planned on putting this in the cloth bins that are made for these cubes but really like the look as is.They were very simple to out together and the hanging folders slide very easily.Very happy with this product!

I was forced to close out business after 38 years.And so I needed to bring most of our files back home with me in order to Actually Have access to them should the need to rise and the next few months.These files more god send.They are so sturdyt,They hold so much,And I feel I can stay organize With them.I believe I'm going to order moreJust so I can organize the rest of the papers in my household!

I used as insert in a 13x13 fabric cube and it works great. Better than a filing cabinet! Love it!The size is 10" tall, from top to bottom.

I got this wire hanging folder file box for someone at my office because he wanted a standing metal drawer filing cabinet but we hadn't been able to get one yet. It works just as good! Took less than 1 minute to assemble. I might get one for myself!

The pins slip in to hold the box together but don't have anything holding the tight. It is hard to get the sides lined up to slide pins in. Box feels flimsy. Would not use for serious filing that you want to move around

I'm using the file box drawer-like and pull it out of a cabinet. Works well, slides well, catches briefly on the bottom, but can be worked with. Super easy to put together and extra pins provided. Boxes are a little bit shorter than the cardboard bankers boxes they replaced.

I am a teacher and I don't have a filing cabinet in my classroom . this was a great solution for accessing files I use regularly with my students. It was super easy to assemble and it looks nice on the counter.

I needed something to hold some work files for my home office, but didn't have the space to add even a small filing cabinet. This was easy to assemble, (I didn't even look at the instructions) fit 2 dozen file folders with plenty of room for more, and is very sturdy. The files slide easily and do not catch at all when moving them around. Extremely happy with this purchase.

I've ordered these file boxes twice for myself and once for a family member. They're really useful and easy to assemble. They're a tiny bit wobbly but it's never been a problem. I think they're a little too expensive, but I haven found a better option and am verall pleased with the boxes. They fit really well into an Ikea Kallax.

I was looking for a file box to fit in the DRONA boxes that fit in the Ikea Kallax units and this is perfect! It was simple to slide in the pins in that hold the sides of the file box together. Since the file box sits a couple of inches below the edge of the DRONA box, I plan to use the Smead Viewables Labels to I can read the file labels clearly from above.

I like that the hanging folders stay on the metal frame. I bought one that was made with material that the hanging file folders slipped off of. It is well made and easy to carry. It is held together by pins that hold the frame in place.

This is a good item. Althought very easy to assemble, mine had one hinge that was soldered slightly off so that the pin would not go through. Such a tiny error made it unuseable. However, I used a thinner screw which went through both hinge parts and that worked. Otherwise I would have had to return it.

I biught product to.organuze lessonsf for my kids homeschool material. Product was easy to assemble only issue is seem kind of weak . Its good for price but I don't feel it sturdy enough for the amount of papers j need to put it in. Otherwise I gave it 4 stars.

The screws used to hold this together would be better if they could be threaded or a more secure way to hold it together. Not sure I trust filling this and transporting it . I'll glue it and make it work.
