I've written a lot of reviews and wasn't ready to switch to a hard halo headband for a headset. This cup/back padding is great for extra support. It wraps around the back of my head and sits almost flat/flush on my large head. There is a slight bulge/gap at the bottom of the brace, but that's not a big deal. I understand that this may not be the most comfortable for small heads, but I'm happy with it. The material is nice and durable and it was easy to install. I think with a dough counterweight attached to the bottom of the cup with Velcro or a 3D printed strap I have a strong and comfortable head strap for a fraction of the price of an Elite strap.
