A valuable purchase, some advantages!
Due to the watch, I began to move more, my blood pressure and sleep stabilized. In order to keep enhancing my health, I intended to purchase an exercise bike.

Pros
- The device was purchased for use in health monitoring, a task that the watch does to a high standard by tracking steps, pulse, pressure, blood oxygen saturation, stress, and other factors. Programs encourage you to be active rather than allowing you to sit still for extended periods of time.
Cons
- I purchased a second metal strap for myself because a leather strap makes my hands sweat in the heat. Another strap that wasn't made of leather would be wonderful. This is a desire rather than a flaw.
