Ordered cartridges arrived on time, well packaged and sealed. Replaced refilled HP cartridges - installation was easy. The printer (HP Officejet 6700) "complains" about counterfeit cartridges, but these messages can be ignored. The printer has recognized the new cartridges and reports the correct ink level. The first set of cartridges came with a defective yellow cartridge. I emailed Supricolor - they responded within a day and immediately sent a new set which arrived 2 days later. After installing a new yellow cartridge, everything worked as expected. The print quality is good (normal print - no photo). Overall I am happy with both the product and the customer service from Supricolor and would recommend these cartridges as a cost effective alternative to the expensive original (HP) product.
