This compact and versatile power strip is convenient enough for the home, office or when travelling. The cubic design is great for allowing you to use all three outlets without one being blocked by the bulky power adapter. This is a non-surge protection cable so it can be used on cruise ships where surge protectors are prohibited but extension cords are allowed (check with your cruise line). Two USB-A ports are a nice bonus, but their 2.4A capacity means many modern phones charge very slowly from these ports. However, they are good if you forget to take your regular phone charger with you. The total AC rating for this power strip is 13A (1625W), giving you peace of mind when connecting fairly powerful devices. Build quality is excellent, with a thick but flexible 10ft cord, safety sockets and useful for accessing an outlet behind a piece of furniture. The braided fabric on the cable feels nice and extends to the gray rubber sheathing of the outlet. Rubber tends to pick up scuffs and dirt marks, but is easy to clean when needed. Overall, this extension is well designed and well made. USB-C ports and/or support for fast-charging standards would certainly be nice, but other than that, no complaints. highlighted.
