Five stars good for computer accessories and peripherals

The product worked great until it stopped working 4 days ago. It does not work anymore. I've had this item for a total of 30 days (including today) and have only used it about 4 times to insert an SD card and transfer some photos. then it just stopped working, nothing connects to my mac through this product. This is unacceptable, I would not purchase this item, it was a waste of my hard earned money. I contacted the company and they still haven't answered me.
